Lions Clubs are part of community life, in the cities and in the country. Clubs are easily identified by their distinctive Logo, the trademark of the Association, and the 'We Serve'; motto seen on road signs throughout the country. Membership is open to all people of the community in good standing. Clubs may either provide service or raise money for their community. Most of the money raised goes back into the community, either directly or indirectly through National and International Projects.

Lions alert program
Lions have always been a part of emergency support within Australia. Whether it be by providing direct help as members of the local bushfire brigade or SES, helping out as tradespeople in rebuilding efforts, providing food, clothing and a friendly face to emergency workers; or raising dollars to help local communities recover- LIONS ARE ALWAYS THERE.
Join Lions Lions have been a part of the Australian community since 1947, helping to serve the people without promise or want of reward, the silent workers, working for the greater good. Lions are people just like you! To Join a Lions Club, is by Invitation, but applications are encouraged from all members of the community. Membership is open to men and women over the age of 18 years and of good moral character and reputation. Join Lions
